Thank you for shopping on The following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy:​

Domestic, Regional and International Shipping

All orders are shipping within 2 -3 business days of confirmation of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public local or international holidays.

If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. 

If there is a significant delay in your order, please feel free to contact us via email or telephone.

  • It's been more than the shipping days, is my item lost?

Before considering the item lost please ensure that payment was made in full.

If your item is lost in transit we will conduct an investigation with the shipping company before sending a replacement item free of charge.​ Please contact us if your item hasn't arrived within the designated shipping period.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for making a purchase from us. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

Due to the personal nature of our business, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on items sold unless, item(s) received were damaged or broken upon arrival direct from NUBA CARIBBEAN.

Customers with directly damaged or broken item(s), are entitled to a refund or exchange for the same item or an item of equal or lesser value.

We offer free returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have  labels still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no signs of wear or use

  • Since we usually do consultations and list our ingredients, returns for allergic or medical reactions are not accepted.


To initiate a return or exchange, please send a photo of the items with your name, order number and reason for return or exchange.

Once evidence proves that the item is within our return and exchange terms, we will issue the refund according to the customer's needs.

Additional Information:

  • How long does it take to receive my refund, replacement product, or store credit?

It takes about 2 to 3 business days for us to review your Return request. Thereafter, it can take anywhere between 24 to 72 hours to return funds or send a replacement item. Items that are replaced should take the usual shipping time to reach you.

  • Any shipping fees I'd need to pay?

The only shipping fee you may incur is the one to send the item back to us. However, we cover the charges in sending the new item to you.​
